* After the warranty period, in case of any damage to your product, it can be repaired for cost.
* The modifications to be made are limited to the materials in our stock.

Below you can find the conditions necessary for us to serve you better and faster in product
returns. Product returns are not accepted if any of these are missing.

a- Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.
b- The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, with standard
accessories and without the label removed, as received within 2 days.

a- The invoice of the product must be sent for the return process.
b- If the invoice of the product you want to return is on behalf of a company, it must be sent
together with the invoice issued by the company when returning it. Return invoice must be

a- If the product (s) you want to return are defective and sent by Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping
fee is covered by our company.
b- If the products that are delivered to our Quality Assurance department are delivered in
accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amount will be processed on
the day the product is delivered to us. The period of reflection of the refund to your account is
at the initiative of your bank. Refunds made to credit cards are reflected in the account within

DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED
The product to be returned can only be received by Yurtiçi Kargo. Other than that, the return
and also the transportation fee of the products that we receive with any cargo company will
not be accepted.
General return conditions are as follows;
- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
- The return of products with damaged original box / packaging (for example: products with a
cargo label affixed on the original box and the products taped with cargo parcel tape) are not

Dear customers, you can cancel your orders that you gave incorrectly or the orders that you
do not want to be delivered. Sometimes mails are checked late due to the intensity. There is a
possibility that the product has been shipped. In the cancellation process, if the product is not
shipped, the full fee will be refunded with the method you have made. If the product is
shipped, a refund will be made by deducting the shipping fee or charges.
